E-Consult is a form-based online consultation & triage platform that collects your medical or administrative request and sends it to us to triage and decide on the right care for you. 

Your request will be actioned or you'll receive advice or a date for an appointment if necessary within 72 hours.

To improve access for our patients, we have partnered with Livi to provide a free video consultation service.

To access the service, simply download Livi from the App store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android), and sign up.

You can get medical advice, prescriptions and referrals by video, with appointments available on the same day, even at weekends.

Note: You will need to have appropriate record sharing consents in place before seeing a Livi GP. Please email us at parkadmin@nhs.net so that we can check this for you.
