Notice of Upcoming Practice Closure - Wednesday 15th October 2025

Our surgery will be closed on the afternoon of Wednesday 15th October for important learning and training. 

For urgent issues there will be an alternative service able to provide: 

• telephone triage with a GP 
• Face-to-Face appointments with a GP where appropriate
• GP home visiting 

Routine requests will be managed by the practice when we re-open on Thursday 16th October.
